Facilitating financing for CAPEX projects, group captive setups, and renewable energy asset acquisitions.

  • 100 MW Open Access Deal: Facilitated a 100 MW Third Party Open Access transaction in collaboration with Panasian enterprises pvt ltd. The end consumer was an A-rated textile manufacturer headquartered in UT Daman. The PPA has been signed for 25 years, with a 15-year lock-in at the same tariff.

  • Wind Turbine Acquisition: for Automobile Manufacturer, Windals Precision Pvt Ltd based out of Chakan, Pune. 

Past projects

  • 30 MW Wind Power – Maharashtra: STU-connected source; discussions underway with multiple traders and a consumer in Maharashtra.

  • 30 MW Solar Power – with ISTS Charges Waiver: ISTS-connected source with waiver on ISTS charges; in talks with an A-rated consumer having a 150 MW requirement.

  • 20 MW Third-Party Open Access – Gujarat: Engaged in discussions with clients in Gujarat for ~30 MW requirement.

  • 50 MW – Tamil Nadu: Sourcing solar park with all approvals and connectivity for an MNC client.​
